When I was 18, I could barely look a girl in the eye; meeting new people made my hands shake, and I assumed confident guys were just “born different.” One day I saw regular guys approaching on a college campus and decided, If they can do this, I can too—so I started approaching every day, invested in courses and coaching, took ruthless action, and rewired my entire identity.
Now, I can walk up to any girl with confidence and I’m in an amazing relationship. More importantly, I’ve helped thousands of men kill their approach anxiety and helped 100,000+ men build real confidence through my free online content.
The Birth of Understanding Attraction
