2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any products or services provided by Understanding Attraction—including coaching programs, subscriptions, digital content, or community access—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our services.


3. Services Provided

Understanding Attraction provides educational coaching and training focused on dating, confidence, communication, and personal development.
Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions
  • Group coaching calls
  • Digital courses and recorded content
  • Community memberships (including Skool)
  • Messaging, email, or SMS communications
  • Educational materials and assignments

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise stated.


4. No Guarantees / No Professional Advice Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

  • Results vary by individual.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to dating success, relationship results, or confidence improvements.
  • Our services are educational and informational only.
  • We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice.
  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
  • Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due in advance unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
  • Payment plans for coaching programs are installment-based and not subscriptions.
  • Failure to complete payment plans may result in suspension or termination of access.

Subscriptions
Community memberships (including Skool) are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges until canceled.


6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital products
  • Coaching programs
  • Subscriptions
  • Payment plans
  • Missed sessions or unused services

No refunds will be issued for any reason unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.


7. Progress Guarantee (Non–Money-Back)

Some coaching programs include a progress-based guarantee, not a refund guarantee.

Guarantee Terms

If, by the end of your coaching program, you are not satisfied with your progress and you have:

  • Regularly scheduled and attended coaching calls
  • Actively participated in the program
  • Followed reasonable guidance provided during coaching

We will continue coaching you at no additional cost until you are satisfied with your progress.

This guarantee:

  • Does not include refunds
  • Does not extend program access indefinitely
  • Applies only at our reasonable discretion
  • Does not apply to missed sessions or non-participation

8. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products and access credentials are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Access is granted electronically via email or online platforms.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

9. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

How to Cancel
Skool subscriptions must be canceled through your account settings within the Skool platform.
Cancellation stops future billing only.
No refunds are issued for previous charges.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date.


10. Communications and SMS

By opting in, you consent to receive communications via email or SMS related to:

  • Coaching sessions and reminders
  • Program updates
  • Educational or promotional messages

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.


11. Intellectual Property and Recording Policy

All materials provided by Understanding Attraction—including videos, recordings, worksheets, and coaching frameworks—are protected intellectual property.

Recording Permissions

  • Clients may record their own coaching sessions for personal use only.
  • Recordings may not be shared, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially.
  • Redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation may result in termination of access without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Understanding Attraction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Understanding Attraction from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your actions or decisions taken based on coaching content

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.


15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
