Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:


  • Consumer: The natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  • Day: Calendar day.
  • Digital Content: Data produced and supplied in digital form.
  • Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products, digital content, and/or services to consumers at a distance.
  • Agreement: A contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer as part of an organized system for distance selling of products, digital content, and/or services, where exclusive or additional use is made of one or more means of distance communication.
  • Subscription: A contract where the consumer pays periodically for continuous access to the entrepreneur's products or services.
  • Payment Methods: Credit card and PayPal.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.


Article 4 – The Offer

  1. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
  2. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products, digital content, and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer.

Article 5 – The Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the corresponding conditions.
  2. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.

Article 6 – Payment Terms

  1. Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal.
  2. Subscription fees and one-time purchases are payable in advance.
  3. By creating an account for a subscription, the consumer agrees to automatic recurring payments.

Article 7 – Return and Refund Policy

Understanding Attraction does not offer a return or refund policy for any products or services, including subscriptions and one-time purchases.


Article 8 – Delivery and Execution

  1. Digital products will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. The entrepreneur will take the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing requests for the provision of services.

Article 9 – Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete.
  2. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the consumer. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund of previously paid subscription fees.

Article 10 – Complaints Procedure

  1. Understanding Attraction does not currently have a formal complaints procedure.

Understanding Attraction respects the privacy of its consumers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your personal data.
